As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Nydia Conrad is committed to ensuring that her services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We continuously strive to make our website and services user-friendly for everyone.
Accessibility Statement
Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the web, and that they can contribute to the web. It also benefits others, including older people with changing abilities due to aging.
What is Web Accessibility?
We have designed this website with the aim of making it accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. Our efforts align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA to ensure that the content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Our Accessibility Efforts
In our commitment to accessibility, we have implemented various features, including but not limited to:
- Dr. Nydia Conrad's in-person beach meditations and wellness coaching retreats in Costa Rica are designed to be accessible to individuals with diverse needs. We are dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.
Video sessions are conducted through SimplePractice, a third-party telehealth platform. Casa Lucida does not control the accessibility of that platform. If you have difficulty using it, please contact us and we will work with you on an alternative.
Physical Accessibility
Casa Lucida does not operate a physical office. Intensives take place at retreat venues in Costa Rica and Florida, and some sessions are held outdoors, including walks and time on the water. Terrain, transportation, and facilities vary by location, and some settings may not be accessible to everyone. If you have a disability or need an accommodation, please contact us before booking so we can discuss what is available and adjust the format where possible. Telehealth and coaching sessions are available remotely as an alternative.
